I am very disorganized with my paperwork and she never complains about the status of my submissions, am usually late with bringing my items in and expect the extra burden to organize my paperwork causes her extra work to complete my taxes, hence the longer timeframe to get them submitted. She and her staff are lovely to deal with and look for opportunities where I can take advantage of deductions wherever possible. She also charges a fair and reasonable price for the work she performs. Very happy with the service Qwik Tax provides!
