No fuss family owned concord grape farm right in Hamilton. I go every year. I use the grapes for juice and to make jelly. Dog friendly - my dogs get to stretch their legs while we walk around the woodlot in the back. Bike friendly too! It's a nice stop along Ridge Road. Highly recommended.
