Lynda has been an incredible help for me so far, we started about 6 months ago and her warmth and care for my situation made it really easy for me to open up to her. I am really glad I discovered her and I would highly recommend her. She was able to understand me and empathize with me immediately.

I was very skeptic of therapy, but after working with Lynda I have felt more free in my own emotion. I have never once felt judged or that I said too much. When something really bad is happening in my life she is the second person I got a hold of. She's always there and always empathetic to what I am going through. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone going through anything. If you need someone to talk to Lynda is your person.

She (Lynda) related well to the realities of teenage struggles, and was able to teach my daughter coping mechanisms to help her through challenging situations.
