Feels like a second home! The team here is extremely professional and super kind! Their genuineness is clearly evident and shows how much they care! They treat everyone like family. The after school program is phenomenally run! It’s the only martial arts school that combines it’s Taekwondo discipline with a variety of weaponry for its curriculum! I’ve never been more excited to do anything more in my life! It’s the highlight of my day and I will be training for the rest of my life.
I am so excited to be a part of a phenomenal life changing experience. This is a place that focuses on confidence and leadership skills. A place where students of all ages learn to cooperate with others and understand the importance of setting and achieving goals. I have become the person that I am today from this amazing experience and I will forever be grateful. I encourage everyone to come out and check it out! OMAC is a great place to learn martial arts and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
OMAC is a great place for kids and adults to learn Taekwondo! I have been training at OMAC for 6 years and have enjoyed my time there very much. Master Jason is a phenomenal teacher! He teaches with such passion and care, he treats every student with kindness and respect. I have trained under his wing for many years and he has helped me become the confident black belt I am today. I highly recommend OMAC waterdown!! Master Jason and his team will not disappoint!

I’m a music teacher and many of my students happen to go to OMAC. They’re constantly telling me how much fun they have in their Taekwondo classes and how much progress they’ve made not only when it comes to martial arts, but personally as well. It’s clear to see that OMAC helps children become more confident while they hone their self-defense skills.
I attended an OMAC black belt testing event recently, and I couldn’t get over the level of talent displayed by the students and instructors. I was extremely impressed! If you decide to enrol your child in OMAC’s after school or evening program, you definitely will not be disappointed - you’ll be quite impressed with what your child will learn and you’ll definitely see their self-esteem and self-confidence blossom!
