JSS Irrigation Management

I had a great impression of JSS Irrigation Management from my first email with Joe, the president of the company. He was very quick to respond to all emails, knowledgeable and easy to talk with, and provided a very competitive quote to install a residential irrigation system. I appreciated his quick responses to all questions. The team that came to install the system (led by Johnny) was very professional. The install was far quicker than I expected (done in 1 day) and Johnny and his team provided all the necessary information about operating the system. The lawn was left in a remarkably good state after the install. There were a few heads that had issues right away, but in less than 1 week Johnny was back to fix the minor issues. All of my interactions with JSS staff have been excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

I had to get a sprinkler head repaired. Braedon & Nilton showed up right on time. They were both polite and personable. They were professional and had the repair done efficiently. They cleaned up and tested the system. The adjusted the new head to insure it was spraying correctly. You won't be disappointed with this company. 5 stars for sure!

Our existing sprinkler company (past 20 years) couldn't figure out the problem with one zone and wanted to run a full new line at significant expense. I called JSS and they were able to find and repair the leak very quickly. They are very professional and reasonable. Needless to say, JSS is who we will be using going forward - they have definitely earned our business. Highly recommend.

Joe, the owner came out for a quote, very professional, informative, and reasonable.

Installation happened weeks earlier than expected, with Johnny, the site manager, giving me all the details and his contact info, before setting up his crew and then moving on. Johnny was personable beyond reasonable expectation.

The crew, led by Owen, was diligent and motivated. Stayed working at a good pace hand digging in nearly 40 degree weather in wet clay; impressive. Owen seemed an exceptional teacher for the other worker, instructing them in all the nuances and benefits of an installation that went beyond what was necessary and which built in redundancies for unseen future issues or happenstance. Impressively positive attitude considering his work was equivalent to digging a trench in the first world war.

Owen made sure I was happy with everything before leaving and another fellow (sorry, forgot your name!) ran through all the features on the control panel.

A couple days later, the main water line cracked and Johnny responded within minutes on a Sunday night. Someone was out the next day.
About a week later, it happens again. Again Johnny responded in minutes and set up a repair for the following morning.

Joe, the owner, noticed a recurring issue at my place and showed up to make the repair himself with what looks like a commercial fitting for the plumbing. No issues since.

In short, great crew, great owner, great irrigation system. What else is there to say?

Amazing job done by this company! They were knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. No damage to the property which is a huge blessing during installation. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs sprinklers installed. Great value and Joe and Milton were amazing to speak too and service was great by them! Thanks again!
