He comes prepared and has a strong knowledge base to support us. He is patient and always listens to what we want. He answers all of our questions with a balanced view. In other words, when he thought the matter could be resolved without going to court (less legal fees) he guided us that way. However, when it finally did have to go to court he was 100% prepared, which we largely attribute to our win! Thank you Chris….
