King Manor Apartments

We've lived in our apartment at King Manor for about 8 years, and the landlord here is absolutely amazing. Kelly keeps this place spotless and shows genuine care and concern for each and every one of her tenants. I can't count the number of times that we have reported very minor maintenance issues and she has the problem fixed immediately. Recently we had a leak in our bathroom and she had a repair person at our doorstep within a couple hours of us notifying her. She's absolutely fantastic from a customer service stand-point, and a real pleasure to deal with. She goes above and beyond to keep this building pristine and beautiful. She deserves a 10 out of 5 star rating! We are in the process of moving into our first house, but we will definitely miss her and our friendly neighbours.

I have been living in this building for over 5 years and I have to say it is the best. The super is the best and the building is the cleanest building I have ever lived in, in my over 40 years of apt living. Any small problem I have had has been attended to the same day

The King manor is one of the best places to live. Myself and 2 other family members live in this building and we all love it! I've been here for over a year and have had nothing but the best experiences ever here. And I hope to have many more ! The superintendent is the most kind hearted women you'll ever meet. If there is ever a unit available here get on it fast, they don't last due to this building being so amazing!

I don't like small rooms thats all i have to say but i do like thats its CLEAN
