My physiotherapist, Radhika, diagnosed a rotator cuff issue. She explained the treatment and timeframe for healing. Very pleased with the treatment and outcome. Will use the facility again in the future, if required. Both Radhika and the receptionist, Liz, were very friendly.

First time I came here for my anxiety and OCD it was controlling my life and I couldn’t wake out without getting a panic attack I would cry every day couldn’t do normal daily activities and it started to get dangerous these people really helped me to control it and i started to take medication it really got better I was able to go places, drive, walk outside etc I still struggle but I can cope with it way more then I first came. To anyone who is struggling keep fighting.

My condition was assessed by a therapist who was a member of a three - person team. The type of therapy, and its objective, was clearly explained to me .
The actual therapy, during each session, was a combination of warm-up exercises followed by specific muscle stretching exercises and wrapped-up by muscle toning and heat-treatment.
My starting "pain condition" was recorded along with subsequent visit levels and compared to my "graduation condition.
The improvement in my condition was noticeable after each session.
I would recommend this team to everyone.
    It was an enjoyable experience.
