Large apartments with great views. Free party room and weight room and pool. Management team always quick to handle any concerns that I brought forward.
We have been here in the same apartment for 12 years. Over the twelve years there have been some difficulties with supers but they didn't last long.
Cathy and John have been the best supers (now resident managers) that we have had. Their job is difficult but they have excellent people skills and seem to embrace and correct any problems that come along. I don't know their wage but senior management would do well to sit back and look at what they have and treat them accordingly,
We have been at 101 governors for seven years,
so we can write with a little experience.
The apartments are huge compared to present day buildings with eat in kitchens and sunken living rooms in some of the two bedrooms.
The tenants are very friendly and mostly seniors. We have bus service
out side the front door for convenience.
There is a gym & party room
and if you like two racket ball courts, sauna and a pool.
The hall ways were just painted and new carpet laid.
We have mail boxes in the building and out going mail pick up.
If some people living here say it's that bad I would be moving.

I just moved in 4 months ago.I have to say the staff are so nice and keep our home so clean . Apartments are so big and all brand new updates so happy we chose this place to live very happy with our home .Thanks guys
This is a wonderful place to rent. The units are large and beautifully renovated. The pool is well maintained and governed by the Hamilton Board of health. The building itself is kept spotlessly clean.
