We had been procrastinating on doing a main floor overhaul for several years. We finally found someone we could trust to guide us expertly and compassionately through the whole process. In her initial consultation Tracy was very thorough in eliciting information about how we used various spaces in our home and listened to our thoughts about our project scope, but she also had vision to see options and possibilities that we had not considered.  The scale of our project was significant, and as some-time Project Managers in our professional lives, we really appreciated being able to leave the details and contractor oversight to Tracy.  When we ran into some structural challenges mid-project Tracy was very helpful investigating possible options for how to proceed, and she new the right sequence of when to do things so that everything came together and finished on time.  This project delivered a redesign of much of the main floor of our home and this has served our family of 5 very well during the extended he COVID pandemic.  Thank you Tracy for your skilled oversight of our renovation.

Tracy took the time to really understand what I wanted in the space we were working on. Even though I had a hard time articulating exactly what I wanted, Tracy was able to take my myriad thoughts and create a vision that showed she understood. The pieces she chose for my office are beautiful, of good quality and exactly what I imagined. I would highly recommend!

Working with Tracy on our basement and office renovation was amazing.
