They looked extremely stressed upon arrival and shortly after they were planted, the leaves shrivelled up and turned brown. The trees were watered daily upon planting but even after 2 weeks failed to show signs of recovery. A "no warranty" policy is extremely disappointing. I would never recommend this nursery to anyone again.
In all fairness I need to update my review after learning that a misunderstanding had occurred. A caring employee took the concerns to the next step and was able to sort out the outstanding issues with other team members. Thank you. The cost of customer retention is far less than trying to acquire a new one. -
