Yogashala Wellness Centre

Have been going to Yogashala since January. They offer a good variety of classes both in studio and on-line. I love the Hot. I have been going since they re-opened from Covid and they have the highest procedures in place. Nice relaxed atmosphere would highly recommend for those to give it a try!!

This is the first yoga studio I have joined after years of yoga at home. It has been the most pleasant experience. The studio is warm, welcoming and very clean. The convenience of the app is amazing. It is so easy to select from a bunch of in studio or Zoom classes offered daily. Lindsay made my first session very comfortable. Soo was a really good instructor and correct positions and posture. Cheri's energy and guidance is amazing and draws you in. The spinal rejuvenation is a must! Alison ran a super relaxing deep stretch class and created what looked like a cool candle lit Zoom environment for those on the otherside of the camera. Instructors have always worn masks and made it a priority to physically distance and to make sure all props and devices are collected to be cleaned. In addition I have notice air purifiers in the rooms. Overall great place and super chill atmosphere.

Talented and enthusiastic instructors. Always available to answer questions about your yoga practice. A clean and safe environment.

A great team of yoga instructors in a warm and welcoming environment. The Yogashala provides such a safe and wonderful space for my meditation and yoga practice. As a perpetual beginner, I am always welcomed. I feel so grateful to have this wonderful studio in my community.

Great staff and always happy which if you’re having a bad day, you leave feeling amazing. Professional instructors that will constantly adjust your move or simply add a prop so that you don’t hurt yourself. Very clean area and lots of interesting classes. I would high recommended this studio
