Diamond in the Ruff Dog Groomers

Absolutely fantastic service all the way around! Cleaned, trimmed, nails trimmed and even put a bow on top! My two dogs look and smell amazing after there visit to Diamond in the Ruff. Traveled from London area just to get my dogs cleaned up the right way. Thank you Ally and the whole team! I would give more stars if I could!

I don’t live in Hamilton and travel about an hour and it’s very worth it! These ladies are very nice with your pets and do an absolutely amazing job! 100% recommend. ☺️

I was worried at first because my dog is extremely dramatic and Bella hasn’t gone to a groomer in a very long time and I must say we will definitely be coming back. We received such wonderful service and all the ladies there are very nice and helpful!! Thank you again!

ALLY IS AMAZING!

Chelsea is absolutely amazing. We have been with her for over 10 years and it has been such a pleasure having her cut miss Maggie's hair! We also had the opportunity to work with Ally a few times as well and would rate her services just as stellar. Prior to bringing our pup to Chelsea we had nothing but issues with other groomers. Chelsea put our pup on the perfect schedule to reduce the chances of her matting which we are forever grateful for as it caused unnecessary discomfort. Maggie always looks so beautiful after her hour at the spa and are so thankful. This new location that Chelsea and Ally have set up is so lovely, bright, clean and inviting and both ladies are very personable and professional in the work they do. Definitely a 5 star :)
