She's newly certified, so she takes her time and goes slow in small sections (I'm sensitive so very grateful for this). The space is very clean, beautifully decorated, with lovely music. She has a very soothing, kind presence and demeanor. I'm quite particular about my waxing and love that I felt I could communicate openly with her about my preferences. Highly recommend.
