First I would like to say to Joe owner sorry for delay in writing this review. So here is my review of this establishment First it is very clean and well run. I didn't wait long to be seated. Vaccination check went smoothly, was done properly and I felt safe by how the covid protocols were followed. Tables were clean and clear of any previous food or items. My server was very good took my order in a timely manner and didn't interrupt much, only to ensure I was satisfied

The food was very delicious and done exactly as requested. I have a number of friends in the restaurant industry and given the past 2 years, I can only imagine the hardships these owners face. I was very happy to dine here and very happy to speak with Joe and I would highly recommend this location to diner. Safe, great food, and excellent service.

First time eating at Swiss Chalet and had a mixed experience. Maybe I got there at the wrong time but the waiting time was crazy. The food made the wait worth it however. I'll try to pick a better time to visit the next time I feel like visiting.

Amazing customer service experience while dining at this location. Service was exemplary with special attention to removing both the skin and deboning of the chicken for my guest. Attention to detail is key and our server went above and beyond. The server Alexia is a valuable employee that should be recognized for her outstanding attention to detail. I might note that she also never wrote the order on a pad, all done by memory. I highly recommend this location for their outstanding service with attention to detail. See you again really soon.
