Jacobs Landscapes

I can't speak highly enough of Brian and his team. As expected from a contractor, they delivered quality by experienced/knowledgeable staff. The end result of their work is gorgeous.
However I would like to comment on the other factors that don't necessarily get mentioned. The Jacobs crew aren't just contractors, they are amazing people who are friendly, courteous, funny and hard working. When my 7 year old wanted to see the new grass, they didn't just let her see, they took the time to explain about grass and share their knowledge with a little curious girl (socially distanced of course).
They also cleaned up not only their mess, but the ones left behind by previous contractors who worked on the project.
Yes, their work is excellent and yes their pricing is competitive for the work you get, but this company stood out for me in how good each and everyone was with Customer Service and understood there is more to a job than just laying new grass.
Jacobs is an excellent company and I highly recommend them.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Brian and his crew were incredible to work with. It took only 4 days to complete a large stone patio with a walkway. We were able to work with Brian on the design and select from several stone options. The crew is amazing. They tidied up at the end of each day and even swept the road before they took off for lunch. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had some steps done and walkways levelled. They did an excellent job. Turned up when they said they would, crew was hardworking and very nice to have around. Highly recommended!

I'll post again once the job is complete, but the 'boys in blue' have been on site for 4 days now and we are impressed with the work ethic, care and precision being brought to the job. Brian (owner) is responsive and has been very accommodating; we've had maaaaany delays with our pool company and he has adjusted and rescheduled all the way along, starting work as soon as we were finally ready. He checks in to ensure work is up to standard, but the truth is we can tell his staff care too and work hard and carefully even when he is not on site. Update: May 2020. The stonework has now come through the first winter and continues to look beautiful! We LOVE our stonework and have nothing but positive things to say about Brian and his staff. We have already passed his name along to friends and family and would not hesitate to call on them again.
