Most amazing experience I've had in years of dealing with Freedom mobile. Sean was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I had to get set up with a new phone and needed to transfer all my info over, Aida helped me a ton with this!! She made the process simple and saved me a HUGE headache of having to figure it out on my own. Great customer service :)
