If your interested in your child's development and self defence, I really think this is the best place.

The staff at Hamilton West UFMA (UFMA Dundurn) are excellent. They do a great job of coaching in both the kids and adult karate programs and kickboxing. Private lessons have restarted!

We have been very happy with everything United has offered our kids over the last year. And today I just wanted to say a big thank you for holding my son's party. From the decorations to the food and mostly the teachers, the whole experience was top notch. Absolutely everything was done for us... great pizza, chips, paper plates, decorations, even candles and a lighter were provided. All the teachers, particularly Miss. Amanda, were so tuned in to the kids. They never missed a beat and kept all the kids entertained happy and safe. Sam felt oh so special and is still very proud of the magical birthday strength that came over the dojo, which allowed him and his friends win a tug of war against black belts. Such a great time. Thank you.
