Les and his team worked with us over several months to take an already beautiful home and update and personalize it to suit our lifestyle and eclectic tastes. That included a complete renovation of the old basement, stripping it back to the foundation, waterproofing and insulating it to create lots more useable space, an updated bathroom and a fantastic guest bedroom. Les worked closely with our designer/decorator to create an elegant, modern feel for the living room, a warm upstairs family room and a bright, functional transitional-look kitchen, as well as renovate an existing basement family room to meet the needs of a teenager and her sleepover friends!
