You were professional, meticulous, and went beyond expectations to get the waterproofing completed on time. Not only that, you went above and beyond for me - just kind gestures, little details to help. Thank you so very much. You and your team also left the property looking better than when you arrived. More I can say about many other companies I have had. Every time I look at the work completed, I smile because I am content and at peace.

We have had a very frustrating problem with water leaking into our basement and Adam and his crew did an incredible job in finding and repairing the cracks, then waterproofing the wall.
Throughout this process Adam kept us appraised of what they were doing and we were very impressed with the attention to detail, how tidy the work site was kept, and how respectful he and his crew were.

I do not have the words to express how happy I was with this company. I reached out after my basement continued to leak after an internal correction, done by someone else, Did not resolve the issue. Adam met with me and explained what he recommended, he was honest and did not pressure me at all. He offered a couple of options and what would be pros and cons of each. His crew arrived on time each day and worked hard all day. It was a very stressful time for me. For me it was a really big job and a really big deal but Adam and his team were professional, kind and a pleasure to have around. They made me feel like I was in good hands through it all. Adam the owner of the company came, and provided us with a detailed estimate. He was not pushy or high pressure in fact he was very patient, and he fully explained the job in detail to us without being annoyed at all of my extra questions. He gave the impression of being an honest, and very trust worthy contractor. Adam and his crew showed up early each day. They were very professional and courteous. They didn't mind us peeking at their work along the way. It was very interesting to see the amount of work and attention to detail that was applied, and involved in the process of water proofing the complete full side of our house from front to back. We also had four window wells installed (Adam uses a Canadian company) These window wells are great as they still allow the full amount of light into our basement, and they also have a nice stone pattern on them. The job site was kept clean and tidy at all times, and our property looked great upon completion. We would highly recommend Pro Waterproofers for anyone that is looking to fix water leaks.
