Super long line-up, but they got me in and tested same day and are taking every precaution in a professional manner. Basically for a symptomatic PCR test it's as good as it gets... (other than not requiring this stuff, hopefully one day)...

Short wait, organized team, efficient, polite. Quick and easy. Results come in a day or so. They're doing a great job, I have unfortunately had to go in a few times, but the service was always consistent and supportive.

Super quick and professional assessment...well organized and cleaned centre. Signs are in place to guide you and guidelines are clearly pasted. Mostly importantly - polite and educated team members.

They were fast and efficient. I had an appointment and had to line up outside. They were running pretty close to schedule. As a business owner it is my responsibility to control lineups outside and inside my place of business. There were no floor markings at all to be seen anywhere here. This would have helped control the guy behind me who kept crowding me. Going inside I had to squeeze by 3 greeters at the door. They were gowned and masked but didn't make me feel better about the lack of social distancing. Go inside. Turn left and go to one of 4 check-in stations. Double back to go to one of two interview stations. But you are having to walk very close to the people checking-in. Backup happening at interview station so lean against the wall to wait. Now new people walk between me and check-in stations. Get interviewed then sent to door to await entry to a test room. That's when a security guard leans against a wall right beside me. I was shocked at the lack of social distancing at this center. What really bothered me is that everybody was there because of the high possibility they have the virus. Now the people I am counting on as professionals in this field are in my opinion putting me in a high risk situation. If there was a straight walk through route I feel it would be much safer there.
