Very helpful staff. I’ve written all my exams here and have received other help over the years with ease. It’s great they have the option to .pdf a document and email it which saves the drive in to the office. I would’ve given 5 starts except for the condescending/don’t bother me tone I keep getting from one of the staff on the phone. Other than that, great service.

Very helpful staffs. This location is 10 times better than Toronto Transport Canada office. I was planning to Montreal Transport Canada office to get some advice on my Aircraft Maintenance Engineer's license. One of my colleagues suggested me this location, I thought rather than driving to Montreal I should give this location a try and I went there. The staffs were really patient and listened to my complicated issue, and provided me the best solution, they explained me very well. I strongly suggest this location to anyone.

Very fast and efficient. It does not seem like an overly busy location so for the most part I think that you can expect to get what you need done quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was lots of parking available right outside the building.
