Had an urgent situation and They took care of me in the most professional manner possible. They seemed genuinely concerned about the issue and did an amazing job at solving it to my satisfaction. They made me feel comfortable with no worries whatsoever. I am so thankful for the results and would highly recommend anyone considering switching dentists to give them a call

My husband and I recently moved to Stoney Creek, and were looking for a new dentist. We're so glad to have found White Pine Family Dentistry. This clinic is super clean, receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The hygienist Cathy was very thorough, she did an excellent job. Dr. Dulay is very knowledgeable, she made us feel very comfortable. We highly recommend this clinic if you're looking for a new dentist.

A +++ great dentist office for the people who live & work in Hamilton and surrounding areas! The staff are super friendly, absolutely amazing and always helpful. I feel comfortable enough during covid to continue to get my regular cleanings as the place is super clean. Scheduling has always been very easy. The dental hygienists are always so nice and gentle when cleaning. They are meticulous but time efficient. All around would recommend for a great cleaning & regular dentistry!

I have been coming to this same office for my entire life, and since they've changed to the new staff, the experience has been above and beyond, every step of the way. To start, was an inspection/cleaning, where I felt things were done in a more thorough way than ever before, with a very personable, friendly dentist, who asked me questions in a way I hadn't been asked here before, allowing us to focus on problem areas. Very good experience at this appointment, but needed to book a follow-up for some fillings! Fast forward a few weeks, and I was given the quickest, most comfortable, and professional fillings I have ever been given, as someone who has gone in for more than a few, they used multiple new tools (or at least tools that were new to me) to make me as comfortable as possible, I have never experienced DOZING OFF during a filling before, so colour me impressed.

Then, to top it all off, Dr. Dulay calls me the NEXT DAY, to ask me how my fillings were feeling, and how my jaw was. You see, we have another appointment on Friday, but these people are so courteous, and caring of their patients, that they couldn't even wait until then! 10/10 experience, glad that my teeth are in these people's hands, couldn't be happier!
