Lee and his team recently removed my old deck and designed and constructed a new one. This was no easy task and I am more than thrilled with the outcome. Lee and his team are very hard working and professional. I am very happy that I chose LCL and am sure that I will enjoy the deck for many years. Lee and his crew did a total makeover renovation of our master and kid's bathrooms. Despite being very busy with other projects Lee was very thorough and planned every little detail. He made sure we were happy with all the materials and parts. We got the estimated cost of renovations and breakdown of the total project cost which was very helpful for planning. After we reviewed the cost of master bathroom renovations we actually decided to include a second bathroom as well. The final cost was very affordable despite the pandemic and increased material prices.
The LCL demolition crew was very professional and courteous. They vacuumed and cleaned up each time they were leaving the house. The demolition, renovations and clean up was done fairly quickly and on schedule. Lee was nice enough to do a few other minor repairs and fixes while he was working on the bathrooms. Overall we were very satisfied with the work done and will use LCL services for our next home renovation project.

Lee and his team renovated our basement a couple of months ago, and we are so happy with the work that was done. We had a 3-piece bathroom added, the laundry room moved, and new flooring installed. The whole project ran smoothly, and everything looks great and was completed in a timely manner, and within the budget quoted. They even tightened the screws on the front door hinge to fix the sagging door as a bonus. I would not hesitate to recommend this company!
