The building is nice enough, its a little older and needs some TLC but the staff are polite and friendly, and of the tenants I have met so far they seem like decent people. (mostly elderly)

Rent is a good price as well, I certainly cant afford the 1500+ one bedrooms all over Hamilton. so this place was a good way to save a bit. Its near a school & a church. as well as a multitude of food places, bars, and other random amenities. Freshco & Metro grocery stores are a short 5 minute walk up fennel also.

Recently noticed Their hours are (8am to 4pm during the week & closed weekends unless its an emergency.. google seems to not be up to date.
