Great customer service and very knowledgeable when it comes to repair of fitness equipment. Called their 1-800 number and within a day a technician showed up and fixed our machines. Very reasonable prices.

Nik was excellent. Quick response to original post. Help diagnose over the phone and through pictures eliminating a visit and cost. Gave multi options to fix the treadmill and outlined the positives and negatives of each option. Great service.
