Update: Was contacted after this review was posted, and gave an explanation for their slow response - implemented a dedicated customer service position and was still in training. Received a 3rd replacement board and it seems to be holding.

Purchased an edge grain board and it fell apart within a month. I was given given a warranty replacement (after a about of month of trying to contact them via email), however the replacement also had issues with the board splitting.

Contacted them again and received one followup, but then was later ignored after multiple emails to them.

I have had a great experience ordering from Muskoka Woodworking! The cutting board looks stunningly. Great quality and design. It was done and mailed to me much sooner than I expected.

Wonderful quality board made of cherry wood. I added the rubber feet and it looks very sturdy. I appreciate the creation method of not destroying living trees. Delivery was prompt and the packaging was done with care so the board arrived in perfect condition.
