After having been a Second Nature customer, we ordered from a competitor the last two years and had bad experience. This year we absolutely had to have more product shipped immediately, as we were running out. We were still waiting for back orders from the competitor, who couldn't sat when they would ship or if they would ship. I emailed Second Nature and Heather and Adam were right on top of it. They rushed our order through production and got it shipped to the US. It even arrived 2 days earlier than we expected! And we got everything we ordered and in the correct quantities, something the competitor couldn't seem to do. We are loyal Second Nature customers again! I can't thank Adam and Heather enough!!
