Fantastic clinic. Great atmosphere. Courtney is very professional and kind and their staff i.e. Erica, Graham and Ashley are amazing! They are great at what they do and really go above any beyond to make sure you're treated well.

I have always been skeptical about physiotherapists and have never been before but Graham has definitely proven me wrong. I would give 6 stars if I could!! Graham has helped me so much and explained everything, is very professional and caring. Everyone is so friendly and so pleasant. My recovery is complete and have reached my goal and I am very grateful. Would highly recommend Grindstone if you are looking for caring, friendly and professional service from when you walk in the door (Thanks Courtney!) to the treatments themselves (Thanks Graham!)

The location is easily accessible, they have a really new, clean and open facility. Courtney at the desk is always so friendly and welcoming. They are always professional and ready for me as soon as I arrive.

Graham provides amazing treatment. I have seen him for 4 treatments now and have felt an improvement right away. He combines many different treatments into one session and has helped immensely.

This will definitely be my go to place for any physio needs.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Erica helped fix an issue I’ve had for over a year and explained everything very clearly. You can tell she has had a lot of experience and training and takes the time to suggest the best way to help. The space is very clean and bright and the receptionist was super friendly! If you’re looking for a physio I highly recommend you chose Grindstone while they have openings because I’m sure they’re going to fill up quickly. This isn’t your average physio who just gives you an exercise and sends you on your way. She truly knew what was wrong and I started feeling better after just one session.
