Ensuring the listing is at the best price for the market, having a photographer that takes excellent pictures and giving tips on having your home ready for showings. Most importantly she negotiated competently with potential buyers which resulted in a sale much over the listing price. She does this all in a professional and polite manner. 5 star all the way!!
