The staff are incredibly welcoming and always looking to make your experience a good one. I have to also recognize our advisor Kristina K, Kristina has been supporting us since we moved to Waterdown a little over a year ago. She is kind, supportive and accommodating. Kristina makes banking a breeze and is extremely knowledgeable! I must also add Gorete at the front desk is truly refreshing! In these uncertain times she makes your experience welcoming, she is always cheerful and even with a mask you know she's got a huge smile on her face! Scotia this bank needs some kudos!
