“We had a great experience with management and with the movers of Two Small Men With Big Hearts! They were very professional to deal with on the phone and by email to set everything up. We were very impressed with all the guys who moved everything as well! They were friendly, efficient, very careful to wrap or strap everything, use blankets, secure drawers and protect table tops, and were so careful yet quick. There is absolutely no way we could have done what they did, and it was worth every penny! I will recommend them to anyone moving, and I would use them again (except we hope we don't have to as this is hopefully our forever home!). “As I was getting ready to post my review I took a moment to read some of the other comments. I was completely and utterly shocked to read some of the unpleasant reviews recently left by other people. I have known Barb on a professional level for 5 years as my family enlisted her services to help my grandparents downsize and relocate to a new home better suited for them. Her kindness, patience, understanding attention to detail were impeccable. Not to mention the over and above amount of flexibility with scheduling, change of heart, among other emotional upheavals that come with such a life changing event. Most recently, we hired Barb to relocate my in-laws to a retirement community better suited for them and once again, Barb did not disappoint. This was more of a challenging move for her team as my in-laws had some difficulty remembering certain aspects of their agreement. Thankfully, Barb had everything documented and my husband was able to reassure them that they were in good hands and would be well taken care of. The professionalism, compassion... oh and dealing with all of this during a global pandemic.... just comes as second nature to Barb.
