My wife and I had the good fortune of working with Steve Augustine for the purchase of our new home. We were introduced to Steve by our daughter who recently purchased a home through him. When we were looking to move close to the same area (which happens to be 100-150 km from our current house) we contacted him. He was very professional right from the start and met with us to go over just what we were looking for and to discuss the whole process that we were about to undertake. It seemed no matter what time or day that we contacted him he was always very responsive and followed through for us.
Throughout the entire time we were looking for a home our needs or wants were constantly evolving as we saw different properties. Steve was very instrumental in helping us determine exactly what we wanted and were looking for. Because of our long distance travel he also graciously offered to go and review some properties and video tour them live for us to avoid the 5 hour round trip. This was very useful as it helped us avoid the long travel time to discover if a house wasn't what we were looking for. Steve has a real knowledge of his business and doesn't just want to sell you a house but wants to sell you the “right house” for you. That was evident when he would almost talk us out of certain houses stating that we just have to be patient and the right house will come along...which it did.
Over our two month journey in searching for a home we got to know Steve better and discovered he had a great sense of humour and works with a great team of people. We highly recommend if you are looking to purchase anywhere close to Steve's area that you contact him for your real estate needs.
