Rob was able to get me in the next day and fit me in an already booked up day, between appointments. He worked around my work schedule so that I didn’t have to take any time off, and gave me a car to drive to get to work in Caledonia that day. The service was super quick and I had my car back the next day. They went above and beyond to meet my needs and my car is now running smoothly!

(December 1, 2018, 3:11 am)I have no complaints about Kal Tire. The guys are efficient and friendly. Any problems which arise rarely are addressed with professionalism and a keen understanding of keeping customers happy and satisfied. They take the time explain what they recommend and why.
My only wish is that they had a wheelchair accessible bathroom.
