(March 22, 2019, 2:36 am)The landlord is really nice and kind. If you need any help, just ask the landlord. He responds quickly and cares about tenants' wellbeing. The house has everything, including a tranquil little garden. When you sit under the tree, you can rest your mind completely.
(March 19, 2019, 5:08 pm)The landlord, Walter, is a great and easygoing guy. Very helpful and quick if something is broken or needs replacing. The rooms are good value for money, and usually there is a nice community going on with the housemates.
