Starbucks

Usually fast service, I've recently started using their mobile ordering service and I'm really impressed. Good vibes and kind staff, they let me wait inside for buses since there's a stop right beside it :) they have bathrooms inside too.

This is my regular Starbucks and I'm always pleased with the service. There is usually a line since it's located in a hot spot across from McMaster campus, so i recommend ordering online. They've always gotten my drink order right and the staff is always friendly. Might be hard to get a seat and hang out, but if you're grabbing a coffee on the go then it's a great Starbucks!

This Starbucks location is usually bustling during the week days. If you want a good spot, try to get there before 10 AM! There's only outlets in select areas of the store, so this can sometimes be an inconvenience if you're unlucky. In terms of the food/drinks, it matches the standard of Starbucks! There also usually aren't any lines (max 6-8 people in line) and they make your order relatively quickly. Long and good hours, which makes it a good study spot. The only downsides are the size of the tables (not made to spread out your laptop/papers) and much of the seating is bar/high top.

I'm a regular. The staff are very adept in the concept of Customer Service and Barista Operations. Smiles all the time. Warm and friendly. Drinks are made fresh and to perfection.

For me the greatest dish offered at this location is the beautiful lady who works there who’s name I will not be mentioning. ; )

I'm not offended when they attempt to upsell me, it is part of the job.

I was actually upset to learn this morning that Corporate is not having a Christmas party for the employees; at least not at the level of in-store Customer Service. There is no excuse when you are a head above the coffee competition.

There is one thing I would change, and that is the music for television.
