(December 16, 2019, 2:15 am)I have been to some pretty terrible physiotherapy centres in Hamilton but this place is amazing!
Alan the physiotherapist is very knowledgeable and appropriately escalates the treatment plan based on my progress. His assessments and follow ups are direct instruction/observation. (I have been to places where the physio only sees you for 5-10 mins and the rest is on the US machine.)
I have issues with my entire back and neck and he takes a full body approach. He listens to what my goals are and works towards them. He has a refreshing approach to physical movement and daily life, making it very accessible.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC!

All the staff here are super friendly, patient and knowledagble. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
