(August 10, 2018, 7:45 pm)I stepped on the hose of my vacuum cleaner and immediately I noticed a change in the sound and suction. I figured that I had somehow damaged my machine and it would need repairs. I took it in and the gentleman who helped me was quick to find that it was an unrelated issue (a clog). The service was quick and friendly and I was told that there would be no charge. The least I can do is give this business the acknowledgement it deserves for the courteous, honest, and thorough service they provide.
