So, I been going to the 30 Minute Hit about two months now. I can't rave enough about it. There is no schedule, so when you get there, you go. I can never make set class times - too busy. It is a 30 minute High Intensity Workout. I LOVE that it is only 30 minutes - not too much time out of my busy day, and I end up sore and sweaty by the end. And the kickboxing format is empowering, makes me feel strong, and gives me a way to get out my frustrations. If you are looking for a new workout, I highly recommend.
Such a great atmosphere at 30 minute HIT in Ancaster! The owners, Roxanne and Dianna, are so welcoming and friendly. It's a very positive experience for anyone at any level of fitness. A great workout with realistic and attainable results no matter what your goals are!!
Beautiful location with amazing owners and trainers... Motivating and always positive. 30 Min HIT Ancaster keeps me in shape and I find myself looking forward to going. I hadn’t kickboxed before and that didn’t matter at all, and I love getting my workouts done in only 30 minutes !!!
A great place to workout full of great people pushing you to do your best. The workouts are fantastically killer, I leave dripping with sweat everytime! And with the freedom of dropping in when works for me and the whole process only taking 30 min, no excuses not to fit it in. Love it!
Such an awesome workout! I love the freedom of no set class times so there is no excuse not to fit in a 30 minute workout. The place is immaculate and the trainers are highly motivating! I am always dripping by the end with a full body workout and am getting results very quickly. Would highly recommend!!
