Fantastic service -- both customer service and computer service were excellent. They explained everything to me (and in such a way that I could actually understand what they were saying ????). Can I give them more than five stars? These guys have saved me time and time again. A few years when I was in grad school, I spilled a glass of water on my laptop and fried it, they pulled all my files of my laptop so I could finish my thesis. More recently, when my laptop would not open, instead of charging me an arm and a leg to fix it, they gave me a cheap and very effective fix. My laptop works great! I live in the east end and there are a dozen places that are closer, I always make the drive to Ancaster, and I always recommend these guys to friends and family!
