Excellent online order experience. I ordered a part and selected pick up and then asked if it could be delivered , No problem. The item was packaged up and I received it the next day as I was expecting it to take a couple of days . Every time I called to clarify any details they were very helpful. No gatekeeper on the phone system either. Always appreciate speaking with a human!

Definitely worth the drive to ancaster cycle, We're 1.5 hours away. I called ahead. They had the bike I wanted and held it for me. Dan and trevor were awesome to deal with. Dan was very professional and patient with all of our questions . Very friendly environment. Thanks for the great price and service. I love my new bike.

I had always depended on Ancaster Cycle for bike parts and services whenever I need them. It is not as often since I purchased a great bike from them 10 years ago. The service is fast, very polite and helpful staff and their charge for bike tune up is quite reasonable considering that my bike looks and rides great after every service. I moved down to Stoney Creek which is a bit of a drive compared to when I was in the Ancaster area but I certainly don’t mind driving down to Ancaster Cycle every time my bike needs some TLC. Thank you guys for the great service!

The guys at the shop were great! Trevor was awesome. Very accommodating. I liked the receipt provided when I dropped off the bike so that I wasn’t surprised at the cost of the repair. Fast speedy service! Highly recommended!

Ancaster Cycle has great service! Very polite and most of all honest. I had a damaged bike and they were willing to tell me whether it was worth fixing the bike or not. I appreciate the
