(September 23, 2018, 12:07 am)I was in this store today to make a Rogers to Bell switch after having a terrible Rogers experience the day prior.
The staff was phenomenal- everyone was super friendly and helpful.
I made the switch, which was hassle free. I feel like I left with two great phones (iPhone X and XS) and a good deal on my monthly plans/data.
I’d highly recommend this location.
I’m not sure why others are saying the staff here are rude though? Perhaps they had good reason to be rude with those customers.

(January 4, 2018, 6:51 am)Bell representative Andrew was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to give us a bundle that was affordable for us and was everything we wanted. We left the store very happy with the bundle we got and grateful to Andrew for doing the best he could for us.
