Not as familiar with the Ancaster store. I always shop at the Main West store. Both stores are similarly designed so I had no problem navigating the store. It was early, just after 7am. Very few customers and we found what we needed quickly. The checkout went quickly. Good experience.

Michael and Rowan and one other gentleman I can’t remember his name, at the Pane Fresco made my day last week! I drove almost an hour for pizza and they were out, it was almost closing time and they still made me a fresh one! Thank you guys for excellent customer service you totally made our night! Also love this stores bakery - all around a great place for groceries!

The staff that works at the pizza and bread section of the 'meals to go' section of the store, are awesome. Super friendly service and they make you feel so valued as customers.
