I liked the layout better when it was Chapters. Still nice with friendly staff. I dont know how anyone would give a bookstore a bad review but whatever.

Prices a bit higher than I would like (that's why 4*). Incredible place to visit! Enormous selection! Impeccably clean. Friendly helpful staff. It's always a very long visit! Hard to leave!

They have great service. And when things go on sale their prices are fantastic. I just find that for the most part I ca. Find far better deals for books on Amazon

I love the variety of books and extras that are available. Store was clean and staff was approachable. I could spend far too long looking at everything so for that reason 5 stars.

Have gone here on many occasions and enjoyed it. Very tidy and well kept. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. The lady and I went for the Valentine's day celebration and I was blown away by how much there was. They had magicians, artists and even a wine tasting. Definitely my favorite book store.
