Incredible customer service! Nancy and Raj from the furniture department were both tremendously helpful. I was able to find the perfect couch within my budget and time constraints. They were very attentive to my needs as a customer and as an individual, making the experience of buying furniture very comfortable and relaxing. They were a great balance of being present and sincere without putting any pressure on my as a consumer. Also very knowledgeable about the product! Would definitely recommend Bad Boy Ancaster location!

I love this store however it's very hard not to overspend. The prices are amazing and the service is even better. The sales agents and managers will do everything they can do match prices and keep you in the store. I just bought a house and will be here often. I look forward to visiting bad boys!

The story of my couch search... drove by BAD Boy and thought, I have never been in there before, despite the funny commercials... had been to several other stores looking, didn't find the style or price I was looking for... went in, connected with a sales lady who was fabulous... no pressure, she listened to me explain what I was looking for, style wise, size, color and why, she laughed with me, pulled out tape measure and measured everything for me, easily found the style I wanted, loved the price, picked out the color, ....wrote up the contract, ....., paid the bill, left with a smile on my face... best Saturday afternoon shopping adventure! Will go there first next time I am looking for furniture.
