An excellent company to deal with insect issues.

Last summer we discovered we had an issue with pavement ants in the front room of our house.

Truly Nolen came recommended to us through Skedaddle Wifdlife Control. Someone was able to come out quickly to inspect our home and create a treatment plan. We decided to invest in the four seasons treatment plan, to address not only the ants but other insect pests inside and out. The treatment resulted in the ants being gone quickly, and in a way that was safe to our young children. The seasonal treatments have greatly reduced the number of crawling insects we come across in our home. The technicians who have come out to do our treatments are quick, friendly and very knowledgable about issues and concerns we have.

We have been very happy with the service we have received, and would recommend their seasonal plan to anyone with insect issues - or phobias like me!

We initially had some issues with ants in the spring time, and after the initial service was completed by Codi we have not seen any since. We recently had our Fall service completed, and once again Codi was very professional, helpful and respectful in our home. We definitely recommend this program - thanks guys !

I would highly recommend this company especially if your loved ones are seniors with dementia. One of the technicians, Codi, was exceptional when dealing with seniors and has such patience with them. No need to look anywhere else for great service at a fair price!

First of all, I would like to thank my colleague at work for recommending Truly Nolen Canada. I've used several exterminators In the the past because I HATE bugs. ALL BUGS...
I would call companies for pricing, they send out exterminator, 9/10 had to ask where my issues was the worse, and EVEN some asked me what they are there to TREAT?
Needless to say most issues always returned. Hence why I used several different companies.
Truly Nolen sent out Mike for an inspection. At first I was upset he wasn't there to treat at the same time. After a most thorough inspection he pointed out other bugs found. Then educated me how they, even if not a nuisance, would attract other bugs. Presented me with a yearly package to prevent them all. I asked that he return for the service so I don't have to go through explaining to an exterminator why I called like the other companies. He promised me that all of their exterminators receive the proper info and they're very well educated on the protocol.
He was so right. A young man, Cody, came for the treatment. He knew exactly what to do and where. It's been a year and not only are my biggest concerns gone, I have not needed to call anyone else. Goodbye to many phone calls and waiting a week for service. Thank you TRULY NOLEN
