Great selection and prices! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable

The only reason I go here is for convenience, They have to stop plus selling......it is annoying. If I'm at the register with my wine, it is highly unlikely that I am also going to buy an additional item just because a staff member suggested it. You should actually do some research.....see what the statistics are and I'll guarantee more customers will buy, and return to your store if you would STOP doing this. It's the older male staff member who is the absolute worst. He thinks he's amusing.....he is not. He borders on harassment. ....seriously..it has to stop. Every single person I know who goes there has said the same thing. In fact, one friend refuses to go back for that very reason. She goes to the one in Fortinos instead.

Female staff are incredibly friendly and kind. However, the one male I encountered made a joke that made me extremely uncomfortable. I know he didn't intentionally mean to upset me, but he should know when a joke crosses a certain line. Also, staff constantly try and upsell... It gets slightly irritating after awhile.

Great selection and customer service. Dog friendly too. Wines, coolers, Irish creme, port and more.
