(December 3, 2018, 7:05 pm)HI. My name is Jen and I used Assured for the repairs to my car in June through my insurance company. One of the parts for my car was back ordered so I just finished up my claim today. The ladies running the joint, Mary and Lori are wonderful women who deserve praise. I was waiting for the guys to put my part on my car and while in the waiting room I saw a fraction of what they deal with on a daily basis. The customer service was amazing, down to the guys holding the door for me. I give them a big thumbs up and would definitely bring my business back to them if need be. Thanks for the amazing experience, keep it up.

(September 2, 2018, 1:09 am)I’ve had three repairs done on two of my vehicles in the past at Assured Automotive. I’ve got to say that all three times I have found their service incredible. They have been extremely helpful and with complete transparency explained each and every repair needed to get my car back into tip top shape. My latest visit required a minor bumper repair, but Assured took the time to make sure it was perfect and that the paint was a complete match. Lori, was also very knowledgeable and when the insurance company made the mistake of saying I had to pay a deductible, Lori took the time to call them and correct their error, saving me a call! We are very happy with their service and the quality of their work and would recommend them wholeheartedly!
