Service at its finest! Sheldon is very knowledgeable and accommodating. He was onsite exactly when he said he would be, even with short notice. He took the time to explain the issue and how to prevent it in the future. Hopefully I won’t need Hometite again, but if I do I know who to call!

A new business with a fresh approach. When it comes to customer service this guy "gets it". The quoted price was the price, no up sell, no cross sell or no "add on surprises" at the end of the job. He took the time to listen to me and then evaluated what I needed to do to solve my pest problems, presented me with my options and addressed all of my questions and concerns. Non-intrusive in every aspect of the job. My neighbors had no idea who was doing what kind of work in my home. Totally confidential and discreet in the presentation which was a huge concern for me. I was unaware of his presence most of the time while he worked in my home. With small children and pets involved it was also very important to understand the impact of the service on their health. The job was done in the time frame he committed to and for the price he committed to... and the problem has not returned. Pest problems can be a very difficult thing to deal with and with an infestation of cockroaches and rats I was horrified. Home-Tite took the horror out of it for me and gave me back my piece of mind and my home. After he left there was no evidence that I had ever had a problem.
