As I don’t have my proper name on my google account I will actually state my name for this purpose as these guys have been nothing but good to me. I’ve been there quite a few times now. They’re very realible, honest, listen to your problems, no up-selling, good prices, they’re very nice as well. They’ve been able to get me in right away although usually it’s pure luck, even then I know I can count on them to get me in as soon as they can. Not to mention they are pretty quick and definitely thorough what they do and very knowledgeable as well. Coming from a women in a mans shop coming to these guys never had me feel so confident. I have been going to Barton Rad since 2006. David, Bill, Michael and everyone else that has done the maintenance on my car have all been great. 13 years and counting, and thanks to then my cars have always been reliable.

The mechanics at Barton Rad are very friendly and honest, and work hard to get you back out on the road. They have the best prices I've been able to find in Hamilton, and they go the extra mile for you. I drive a diesel Volkswagen and it wasn't easy finding a mechanic who could service it, but they are great with all domestics and imports. The last time I needed a repair I was on a time crunch and they did everything they could to get my car fixed on time. They treat you with respect as a customer, and would never talk down to you just because you're not a car expert. They've been a pleasure to do business with, and I recommend them to all my friends.

I've been a customer of Barton Rad for at least 5 years on my own and my family has been dealing with them for even longer. I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars. When I take my vehicle to be serviced I'm always treated like family, they take the time to explain what the problem is, how it is solved, and the price associated with it. Clear and concise with no filler. When I leave Barton Rad I feel safer on the road knowing with certainty they took care of the particular problem I took my vehicle to them for, while also getting an understanding of anything I should keep an eye on for the future. I am absolutely confident referring anyone looking for quality workmanship to contact Barton Rad.
